Totally recommend for a two-day stay
Amazing beach, fine views, with private beach access, made our mornings relaxing and enjoyable, while the transportation options included a convenient shuttle to the walking street for easy exploration.
Everything was just right.

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, great views to the fantastic sea. The location was nice and incredible, close to the beach and such a big restaurant with a nice sea view. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Sunrise Beach...

The location was stunning, not too far away from Sunrise Beach. The room was well-appointed and airy with a soft bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom.

Dated facilities!!! Overpriced beautiful sea view room that's not worth it!!! The beach cafe requiring payment at a counter is not what you expect for such high prices!!! A lot of tour groups making it feel crowded!!!

Right in the best beach in Koh Lipe. It may not be the most comercial/lonely planet beach and is also small, but is the cleaness and most beautiful in all the island. Ask for the sea view bugalow, otherwise is pointless. Clean and ok. Good food at the restaurant. Free "bugy lift" to the city/port. Free wi fi When the tide goes down, look for the "sea pool". It is known as Koh Cris and is just amazing.
The service is awful. There was a lady in reception who makes Angela Merkel looks nice. We believe she has some sort of mental disorder that keep her away from smiling. It is a luxury resort but you need to ask for room clean. Other than that, is a very nice place, one of the best in Koh Lanta Koh Lanta / Thay local authorities should be aware that people travel a few thousand kms due to the beaches/sea/scenary. If they don´t take care of their natural resources people wil stop visiting. It was one of the best places ever seen but the beach was very dirty. Too much for a really small island. Things you don´t expect in paradise

I woudl have given a great review, but the staff seemed uninterested while my room had spider nests in the curtains, just so unacceptable. Trying to relax by the pool was impossible with those old loungers and no shade at all. Expected more for the hefty price, really. Hope they get their act together.

The rooms were lovely and the view from the restaurant was amazing,
The staff were very poor. There was an army of staff watching you eat but not doing much else and the reception staff just laughed at you whenever you asked anything. Also we found a lot of glass and even a needle on the beach.

The location was fantastic and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The villa which we had (superior garden view) was close to the beach, big and good equiped. All the toileteris (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) were available and free drinking water also. Sometimes it was possible to catch wi-fi in the villa :)
Actualy nothing, everything was good. But i guess, it could be not comfortable to live in garden view villas on the back line of the hotel - in that case the way to the beach and back could be very hard, because the distance is rather big and the descent to the beach and the ascent back to the room could seem like hell in a hot day :)

missingWrote a review on 17 Octpoor breakfast qualitycommunication issues
The breakfast quality was disappointing, resembling a 1-2 star hotel. The staff's communication issues, especially regarding inquiries. Our room wasn't properly cleaned. There was a persistent issue with bugs and geckos entering, indicating a lack of maintenance in the facilities.

Amazing view from deluxe (see view) bungalow, and restaurant. Very clean and new. Nice staff with a only a bit of english but they were very friendly and we've always got wahtever we wanted. Nice food. Wii-fii, we had only in restaurant but it was free of charge, we really didn't need cause we were on holidays. Gorgeous and quiet beach, very good for long walks. It's not really far from the main street, and we didn't mind the steps (resort is on the hill)
we loved the place, no negatives
